Based on a Ted Watts painting from his Heisman Trophy Winner series, the mosaic depicts Spurrier in his first year (1963) and last year as a player with the Gators.
Designed in Italy. Assembled in Gainesville.
Comprised of 128,184 tiles using 74 different variations of orange and blue, the mosaic was designed in Italy and arrived in 12” x 12” squares. It was then hand assembled in the restaurant.
